round Easter time, 2021, NDMI was approached by One Ilfracombe and the Ilfracombe District & Tourism Association to create a series of films to showcase Ilfracombe as more of a long-term holiday destination. This became our big summer project for 2021 calling on the NDMI team’s full range of experience and expertise to capture Ilfracombe and all it has to offer in its absolute best light.
From pre-dawn multi-camera setups to capture sunrise, to jumping in the water to film coasteering, kayaking, paddleboarding, among other aquatic activities; from expansive aerial drone footage, to handheld close-up videography; from day visits to Lundy, to fishing trips to Lee; from tapas and cocktails to Michelin Star cuisine; our Ilfracombe summer adventure had it all, helped by some absolutely stunning weather.
And just like the film’s main tagline, we needed far more than a day to be able to do it justice.
